Transitional Primes Habitation regime until 30 September 2026. Mandatory housing audit for most works (except roof/attic). 4 income categories, ceiling of €50,000/home over 5 years. Combinable with Rénopack (0% loan up to €60,000). Switch to new Rénopack/Rénoprêt system on 1 October 2026.
🌊 Flanders — What you need to know
Mijn VerbouwPremie restricted on 1 March 2026: categories 1 and 2 (mid-to-high income) can now only request the heat pump grant (capped at €1,500 for air-water HP). Categories 3 and 4 retain full access. Compensation: Mijn Verbouwlening expanded to €60,000, progressive rate down to 0%. Combinable additional Fluvius grants.
